whenever I try to download the So think SWF catcher add-on for firefox

so when i download it this document comes up in Win Rar.(I use for all my downloads)and the document has a picture of the windows logo on it but when i open it up another Win rar. file opened and the same icon appears so i click that and a notepad opens with a bunch of script etc. but no way to install and i cant use IE cuz its broken or something and freezes a lot so help please
