i think to avoid this, you just need to send email to AntiVir and ask them to avoid detection in the dll, no ?

CE uses some of those techniques to let YOU access your own computer.
Windows usually doesn't allow you to look at and tamper with it's internals. But with ce you can. See it like brain surgery(One wrong move and the patient, windows in this case, turns into a retard, becomes paralyzed or dies)
But don't worry, by default the driver isn't enabled. Only enabling the options in settings->extra will activate it
