Cheat Engine

[confused one]

im trying to update my cheat engine delphi but i dont know how to do it im using TortoiseCVS version 1.8.25.

this is what i do i right clik on cheat engine delphi then i scroll up to were it ses update then this shows up

im not sure if i upadted it right but i cant find the driver.dat to start my uce can some one tell me if im upadting wrong or tell me were driver.dat is.
