Cheat Engine

Hi, I got a problem with stage 5 of the Cheatengine Tutorial.
I already know how it works and what to do but it doesnt work; no clue why.
I tell you what happens.

I get the Value, no problem.
I choose "Find out what writes to this address - Cheatengine asks if i want to attach the debugger to this process - yes.
I change value again, some assembler stuff appears in the former blank window. I mark it and click "Replace" and click ok in the new dialogue (naming). Everything OK until now.
In teh next step, teh problem appears. I click stop (like tutorial says) and close.
Now every interaction with Tutorial.exe crashes it. If its hovering over the Value change button or over the close button or anything, it crashes. Sometimes it only crashes, sometimes it spams some error-dialogue like the one i attached.

I think it has smth to do with the dubugger attaching to the process (cause sometimes it crashes even before i do anything with teh blank window) :S
Anyone knows a solution to fix this issue?

Vista doesnt work with CE or UCES or almost all game-hacking, sucks huh?
