I dont think CE is, but UCE are (or the other way around, use the search button!)

Suggestion to Dark Byte:

Make the Search button BIG (size 50+)
or like another website (im pretty sure you know it, wont mention here as the filter blocks it) where when you are new, the first week or so (or is it about post count ? :\ ) then it has a yellow box appearing which has a search function on it, so when you scroll down, it is automaticly at the top of your browser all time + your not able to NOT see it.

also that should be for newcomers only. then make it have a enable/disable system, if people whises to use it when it normally would go away.
