How do I cheat?

I was trying to do a gold hack for Last Chaos & it worked... kind of.
It showed that I had to gold but I didn't actually have to gold
SO its like this:
Your gold:(after I hacked) 193283838383
But my real gold is like: 20584
Anyone know how I make it stick so I can actually use that gold?

The gold is obviously server sided (I assume you understand what this means). I have never played this game, so I don't know how gold is aquired. So unforchantly, I can't help you any further. However, if you can describe how gold is aquired, then I might be able to help you.

Hmm... like how I get the gold?
I pick it up.... its an MMORPG game. I click on it.
So what if I freeze the thing, because I haven't tried that yet... I couldn't get all the way threw the tutorial because some error keeps popping up. So I didn't get to freezing.

Well, I have a suggestion...
Pick up some gold, and scan for increased value. Repeat this untill you get one value left. Then change the value. So really what this would do is change the value of the gold you pick up. Of course...I can't guarentee it will work. I hack simple games for fun, so I might not be that much help; but I try my best ^_^

that will not work because he already founded the adress
and i think it is not server sided because then you wouldnt change the value that easy
i had that problem once... i dont remember what i did

id say this is a pretty good idea... cuz then you wouldnt have to worry if the total money is server sided...

It wouldn't work...
The reason why is because when you're searching for "Increased Value".
It won't find the amount of gold being picked up...
It will instead find your total amount of gold, same as if you were to buy/sell items from/to an NPC and then searching for changed amounts.
So you'll find exactly the same address.
If you're looking to change the amount of gold you pick up, you'd have to go about it completely differently.
