It makes loads of sense, unless you've excluded the details here's the scenario:

You're dating
He likes you
You like him
He wants you
You kind of want him but at the same time you don't, and you tell him this (but you're already dating?)
He gets insecure
You don't know if you want to continue & you don't like his insecureness (that you concieved)
You break it off

Imagine the same scenario with a twist:

You're dating
You like him
He likes you
You want him
He wants you but says something's missing, something's off.
You suddenly get really interested and want to find out what's he's hiding and also want him even more.
He wraps you around his finger until he's bored and leaves you.

This kind of pathetic play is what itsjustjosh is talking about, and it's retarded and just breeds more hate and douchism. You're basically doing the same thing without realizing it.

I like him. Never was inlove. He says he wasnt inlove with me either, but i guess we enjoyed eatchothers company. to not be lonely. But recently it just didnt work. so we decided to stop seeing eachother.
