its a very illegal and well known business practice for companies to report buying material that costs a lot more then secretly using cheaper material.
its illegal doesnt mean ppl dont do it all the time. Theres the 34 million dollar building in afghan. Honestly the military is one of the biggest wastes of money. We dont need nuke subs, f35, and the abrams tanks. _________________

i wasnt very clear in how i stated my sentence. when i said well known as in its done frequently and often exposed.
