On first way, you can make an Bank-giro transfer. And make it send the money in 3days. And once you get your code, cancel the transfer. Done, Did that already. It works.

On the web apps that you can fake using this method (editing http data), it's pretty obvious. Not to mention that it IS illegal. Doesn't matter what proxy you use does it if you're paying using an account that identifies you. I'm glad this is in random spam.
