which language should I learn??

I wouldn't say that. C might be a Basic for the syntax, but it won't be a Basic for actually Programming. If you know how to use your brain, you could start with C++.

Basic as in to learn how to start using loops, conditions and Pointers, it's like an intro to the programming world.

Just pick, and learn. There won't be trouble going straight into C++, if you can grasp one, you'll likely be fine with the other. You don't have to write hideously complex code for no reason, just because you're using C++ instead of C. Rolling Eyes
