My way officially works if people for people with dsl or cable or dial up. If you didn't get your ip changed, then your obviously doing something wrong. But SMAC 2.0 works very well, but i suggest going into router/modem cp and changing the MAC add. if it is allowed to be changed.

My best suggestion for all else fails is do this:
If you have a modem and router, unplug both of them completely for 24 hours... NOTHING should be connected to the modem or router... You should be able to drive 100 miles away with your router (dont do that though)...
After 24 hours plug it back in...
it MIGHT reset your IP.

Thats exactly what my guide states. Only works for dynamic ip's.

| The Second Cable/DSL dont work for me. whenever i Change the ip to 111.111.111.111 or w.e and change back to obtain Ip.... the IP doesnt change. =.="

most people have a static ip anyway that only can be changed by calling isp and most of the time they ask you why and its not free If you say because you got banned on a forum or w.e there not going to let you lol

If it comes down to it, download a program called Hotspot Shield.
Everytime you connect it, HSS gives you a different ip =] It came in use when my brother got us ip banned from certain servers -_-
It's free, but it just has ad's at the top of your browser when it is connected
