i believe vista isn't bad but its just terrible for hacking. its perfect for normal users and so your friend may be just a "normal user". since vista is bad for hacking, this is why we have linux.

I personally like vista, but it is still experiencing some bugs, after a year or so i willl get vista. Vista should have no problems if your buying a computer thats compatible with it. So if you put it on a 3 year old computer ( from now ) Expect some problems.
Xp Is still coming in good use for me now.

There's no such thing as "vista complete", and if you're referring to Vista Ultimate, it brings no benefit over Professional whatsoever, just a higher price tag.

But yeah, my mom directly avoided the common sense choice to use Vista Business for her business, and instead went for the Ultimate, so she can use all 128GB of her RAM. Dumbass.
