Only in the US mate... ain't no one responsible for your shitty legal system but you. In Germany that shit wouldn't fly so maybe move to domain and get the servers hosted in Germany or Sweden...

Starcraft 2 has single player as well.
2k doesn't need to go to court to deal with this, there is a much simpler way. Send a copyright claim to Google and google will happily remove CE's page from google as well as sending annoying messages to Dark Byte webmaster tools.
Capcom did this to me for my resident evil 6 trainers years after the trainer was released. I didn't give a shit nor was anybody using it anymore but those messages are really fucking annoying.
You have no idea how ridiculous these claims can be, i was running an android cheat section a couple years ago and this game company for reasons i would never know sent a claim to Google about my whole android section of the site which had nothing to do with their game and Google simply removed it. You piss off a big game company and they're going to win, it doesn't matter whether their claims are justified or not. That is how the legal system works anywhere in the world.
Anyway, if you are that desperate for cheating in this stupid game, send a PM to the authors of the cheat tables that got removed. I am sure they will be happy to send them to you. Or open a new forum, DB said it is okay if you post a link to it.
Much better option than complaining about it, you will never change DB's mind.

Already did it. So why would anyone care if they got removed from google? Plenty of other search engines around which any smart person would prefer to use and anyone who has used cheat engine before would still be able to find the site regardless.

So in order to avoid monetary costs and hassle he should move the server hosting and move countries, which is... monetary cost and hassle.
Or he could just lock threads and tell people "no" while browsing the forums, which is what he does already for no cost.
Too bad some people don't like being told no.

I agree, and would also like to add that it's a lot of because people try to cheat virtual currency/items that require an actual $ to get in the online game it becomes much more than simply removing your listing from Google.
And on that note I'm just gonna close this thread since it's become useless arguing.
