I think you misunderstood. There's no way everyone is going to be happy with a game master intact. There's always going to be argument as to whether or not they should intrude or if they intrude too much, no matter who that gamemaster is. There will be a bias no matter what. Not to mention it's fucking minecraft and nobody should be struggling in the first place.

I haven't played MC in a while, isn't there a private server type thing? We will only let in people we know will play fair

That's an entirely different story considering it's CEF. People can't even handle normal servers run by CEF most of the time. But then again, the worst I've seen happen is griefing, but at the same time I don't think anyone would have noticed cheating/hacking in the first place.

@OP I'm pretty sure there's a client that lets you use whitelists & add ops etc. etc. I'm not really up to date with minecraft either though so I'm no help

True, I do suppose it would all come down to simply having faith in the other players to just have a fun game.
