Hitreg isn't too much of an issue, I play medic and pyro.
And 40 is just fine for me.
I also have a custom config file, DX8 mode, and water effects disabled entirely.

You play only two classes out of the 9 available, you think 40 fps is fine and you think having a custom config file is something to point out.

The medic and pyro thing was a joke, playing on the common belief that you don't have to aim while playing them.
And I'm a casual player, no need for ultra high framerates and the like.
