My take on it, the US got him in the raid, didn't kill him put out the fake story about killing him. The goal was to take him alive. Last time I checked war ships don't have DNA labs on board. So a Seal team went to assassinate him got him took a DNA sample to the ship and had it tested to prove they got him. The time frame is all off, though we are only dealing with what we are told. The President came out and declared we have him, so he is either truely dead or we have him in custody. My guess is the former, why? If he is declared dead officially by the state he can be held with no trial, he has no rights, we are not bound by Geneva Convention regarding proper treatment, and the biggest reason he is a more valuable asset alive.

No I'm not one of those people that shout conspiracy at every turn either. I just don't believe a word my Government tells me.

I'm optimistic, but skeptical. It doesn't matter if they release pictures, even I could make a body look like bin laden. And I am by far, not a professional photomanipulator.

In fact. . . how popular do you think a photo of the guy dead would get? And do you think I'd get in trouble for posting a fake?

Either way there is no proof other than hear say. Even if they had the DNA best they could do is a fraternal match, which could still be someone other than Osama.

You can damn well be there is video of the event too. No doubt there were cams of some type on the team that went in. Something like that you know higher ups would want to witness.

The whole thing just doesn't sit right. So we wait till the next Al Qaeda leader rises.

For all we know, he's just a cover, there could be some other leader of Al-Qaeda and surely if he is the leader he probably set someone to take his place. They just made this way harder.

How do we know that they are not just a bunch of people who were hired by the government to play the bad guys?

Theory 1:
9/11 was made by some terrorists who are able to collapse towers in about 12 seconds (free fall) from top to bottom and also crash planes into the ground without any trace as we know that a plane has just disappeared like it never existed. Physics say, theory 1 is bullshit. Even the Bible makes more sense and is more scientific than this theory.

Theory 2:
Government has hired some people to play the role of bad guys, killed a few thousands of people by collapsing the towers and raided the Middle-East looking for terrorist who are in fact working for them. Oh we also remember the fact that these people were trained and supported by the US before so it isn't a miracle if they happen to work for them again. Now, 10 years later, they play that the bad guy was killed by them, to gain even more popularity amongst those who believe in Theory 1.
The next step will be to hire someone else to play the new bad guy in a different country so they can wage war on that too. I sincerely hope that I will be that guy because I gladly play terrorist for billions of dollars, even if I will have to fake my death later. Hell, they can even execute me for real after 50 years, at least I will be a long remembered notorious rich criminal. The only question is which languages should I start to learn? Do I have to play an arab, russian or chinese terrorist? Which country would they bomb to dust (if they could do) next?

Theory 3-1758676 can be inserted here anytime if someone has more.

I don't like when I just have to believe in something, be it a government or God. I like to see facts and if they are unbelievable, I just won't believe them (how radical and uncommon behavior). At least the US government should have planned an accident that I believe to be commited by terrorists and they are not against the laws of physics. It's just so lame. It is their job to lie all the time and they can't even do that correctly.

Yeah, some of it is serious. How is a tower collapsing in free fall from top to bottom if it is not exploded by experts? How is a plane crashing into the Pentagon and then disappear entirely without damaging it's environment like grass etc that should have been badly burned? These terrorists have kick ass technology if they can do that. Are they evil time travellers from the future? Who can explain such wonderous miracles?
