For CAD he'd have to consume about 1200Calories daily, and if he doesn't do anything dieting process would take months or even years.

4 egg whites mixed and blended together with 3 teaspoons of mustard, mix in some salt and pepper and spread over lightly toasted bread.


Tastes good and its healthy.

Going on a diet without exercise works, but it takes longer. Go for 500 less calories a day if you want good results that don't strain the body.

To answer your egg problem, boiling them and throwing away the yellow core is the healthiest way. Or if you want to scramble/omelette, then just throw a table spoon of olive oil into a pan, heat it up, crack open the two eggs, throw away the egg yolk of one egg and mix up the other two then cook. Some people add salt -- i personally think this is downright pointless and unhealthy.

If you're afraid of oil in your diet, just go for Olive oil, it's relatively good for you since it lowers bad cholesterol.
