| Rob who the dicks said that? Also maybe on pubs but in scrims/mixes/pugs you'll need to practice a shit load, even if you can dominate other scouts really easily in most pubs. Trust me. I just played a double mix with some guys and since they were all so much better than myself, I got picked last and ended up being a scout. Bad mistake on the leader's part to be honest, considering the other scout is in boX˛ and has a dude named episyx whom is also a good scout. The scout on my team other than myself was good but not as good as them. Also there was another boX˛ dude as demo on their team. So you can imagine how many times I did. I gave it a good effort but fucking hell I was raped.

Soldier and demo are the two best classes in the game when you know how to play them. All 6v6 matches are constructed like this,
- 2 x Scout
- 2 x Soldier (One pocket to stay with the medic and one roaming to flank and such)
- 1 x Medic
- 1 x Demoman (You really don't need two with the power it has when played well)

Spam grenades
Swing the sword around randomly

You do realise that you're an idiot and actually have no idea about how hard it is to play pyro properly. If you're laughing at this moment thinking to yourself how superior you are an how you obviously know more about TF2 than myself, then take a look at this video.
Oh look there's a pyro that plays properly against good players! Pyro w+m1 in pub is kinda lame, but any even slightly decent players will be able to wipe you out completely if you don't at least use some tactics and use your other weapons, or airblast properly. Srs.

I personally believe Pyro is one of the hardest, if not the hardest, classes to do well with against good players.
Against bad players the Pyro is pretty good (how does i backpedal?).

Didn't you read the entire thing? I said w+m1 in pubs is lame, but doesn't work unless you ambush people or if they fucking suck at TF2.
EDIT:
Also they nerfed the pyro's flamethrower something fierce, then they fixed it, but it isn't as good as it was in the first place which is lame because it wasn't even that powerful.
