It's "a". You don't say you have "an" high definition television, now do you? If so, you're a retard.
Also I'm having problems putting it in. The slot is there but when I try to slot it in there's a fucking metal frame on the card that would dig into the god damn motherboard.

I tried pliers and bent it a bit but I don't want to continue because I think it'll fuck up the rest of it. It's far too delicate.
