And dude, that sucks. As long as it is actually legit, then she has no right to take you out of that class, she's just an extremely biased individual. I hate it when you get teachers like that, because they're the teacher, and you can't do anything about it. Since she removed you from the class, however, you can do something about it.
I hope she gets fired.

Professors, if this even is a professor, wouldn't make such a rash decision unless they had good reasons to back it up. They're not stupid. They were good enough in their field to be hired as a professor by your university, so you'd think they would know student's rights. |
It doesn't matter if someone feels that he was being sexist and it was a Professor it just means his Professor obviously lets her emotions get n the way of her teaching styles. I honestly wasn't surprised when I read this considering I have had teachers like this before. A teacher I had once had a girl make fun of her, and then I asked the teacher how to do a math problem and she goes FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF STUPID.... |
That's his side of the story. How do we know he didn't just take facts from extremely biased or un-credible sources, thus making what his professor said true?
Yeah I'm wouldn't be surprised if this was just some teacher in your middle or high school, but this is (seemingly) a university professor and apparently one from at least a slightly distinguished college.

I completley understand where you're coming from and yes this did happen in High School. But can you admit to the fact that some teachers allow their emotions to take over the way they teach?

Well i mean, she didnt have any right to kick you out of the class (and if the school board does nothing, use legal actions), but its kinda like telling a woman she has no rights to her face and expect her to give you a thumbs up, as long as you supported it with evidence.

Uh...
I wasn't arguing against the feminist movement(i actually support it). What I wrote about was the hypocrisy of it due to a convenience factor in retaining feminine/masculine roles. (I wrote about women and men just to avoid being seen as biased)
