it wont let me log on :/ thrugh the client but it lets mer thoguh the web browser

i get error 404 when i try to go login but i dont think im ip banned because it says 0 people are online Shocked

but if i am banned do you know how i could play again? my sister is gunna kill me XD

I use (in my browser, opera) :
Tools > Clear private data > Detailed options > Manage cookies
