This is a good plan:
BUILD a server for 1,000 USD.
Colocate for about 70/USD a month.
Put like... 4 to 8 people on each server.
Charge a good amount of money a month ( if the server is good enough, you can charge 100 to 50 a month!) per person which is 400-800 a month... So you can easily see profits in a meer amount of months.

I can really add that many people per a server? I have to go but I hope I can check on this topic before tomorrow. Peace.

If you get 8gigs of RAM ( 1g dedicated per person ) and a quad-core you could DEFINETLY get 4-8 per server. Depending on what kind of gaming server they run... ( maple story, which uses little resources)

I can run multiple game servers off of one server? Like CS:S for example.

Oh yes most definetly, on mulitple IPs too. You get 8 IPs per server... So you can start 8 Virtual Private Servers. (or more on the same IP, but meh)

I was looking at game servers and I was seeing how freaking cheap they are... I want to make a dedicated server because I will most likely live off of it.

Hmm if you sell dedicated servers your going to have to setup/colocate about 5-10 servers.

But could I still sell it to 8 different people for 75$ a month?
My idea is too have a have a good server for cheap so I'll get business than up the price by like 10$ a year.

That would be false advertising.... When people go to buy Dedicated Hosting they expect to own the WHOLE server they are on... and if the server is good enough you can get 200/month.
Dedicated = Whole Server to yourself
Virtual Private Server = It feels like you have a dedicated server, but you are still sharing it
Reseller Hosting = You share the server with many people, but you can start a hosting company out of it
Shared Hosting = You share the server with MANY people, companies usually oversell in this point ( 1TB of bandwidth, unlimited space ).

Well... Most websites do a variety of all of those to get the maximum income...
If you have a lot of money to start with and you want to see a pretty good income... You could try dedicated hosting. Shared hosting is pretty good though, because you can promise idiots insane amounts ( unlimited, 1tb etc) but they will never get to use a fraction of it.
ALSO! If you really want to make a GREAT hosting company, colocate in sweden... People will be flocking to your site to get hosting for some... less-then-legal sites.

Hm... And since the euro is twice the american dollar, I'll be rich more or less... But I don't want too live there... I guess I'll have the colocation people fix my crap if it were to get busted.

No no no
Since JustEdge is in New Jersey, I can fix it there but Sweden is far. So... I would need them to fix my crap.
