All fans on any standard PSU will blow air out of the case in one way or another, so that's not an issue.
And as others have said, do NOT cheap out on the PSU, it will give you more problems than if you were to cheap out on anything else. Thermaltake makes decent PSU's, Ultra's are not so good, and a no-name like the hec one is just asking for a dead computer.

I must be lucky with my PSUs then.
The new case supports up to ATX size motherboards, so you don't need to buy a full tower (meaning it fits).

no, it fits. this case actually states the max dimesion of the motherboard it can support.
