I deleted hal.dll, boot.ini, win.ini, user32.dll and kernel32.dll on a Windows XP Home Edition computer (not the one I'm on), and now it won't boot.

The computer doesn't have a CD-ROM drive, floppy disk nor USB and connecting to the Internet is not an option.

Fix it Kaspersky.

uhh... my AVG goes crazy saying fservice.exe and service.exe are viruses and when i start windows it says you are not allowed into fservice.exe iono... really annoying help plox ._.

Google to check them and see how to remove/if they are really viruses.

@ The sarcastic one above you, Install XP on a 2nd HD from a different computer and replace the one you deleted a bunch from with it, simple.

Switch em. Give the other computer the HD in the computer you're in now, and install XP on the fucked up one with the computer you're on now.

Stop trying to get around it, it's obvious there'd be a way to fix it.
