Holy crap. This thing is still online.

I wrote it over 8 years ago, and it's still listed as a featured tutorial on the Cheat Engine homepage. But that might not be saying much, seeing how all action takes place on the forums now.

My sincerest apologies that some of you had to learn from such a quantity of in-your-face broken english. It's a bit embarassing to read, and rather hilarious. Of course I won't forget the sense of accomplishment and pride as it reached the homepage... But that was in elementary school! I can but promise that I did my homework on both - English and Cheat Engine.

Here's a pseudo-proof that I'm indeed the author of that ancient wall of text (and many embarassing questions as well):

By now, this topic is only accessible via a direct link, which is rather tricky to find, and which I unearthed in some long-forgotten archived bookmark folder. It's also the topic that started it all for me, in the most noob-like way possible.

I'm really surprised I was so warmly welcomed (thanks Glest!) rather than told off with "GTFO kiddie". But then again, this must be a usual sight on a "hacking" forum.

Perhaps I should rewrite the tutorial nostalgia, out of pure nostalgia. It's a shame I missed 9th of September this year, would have been a great anniversary celebration. It would also be the eight anniversary, which is rather spot-on considering the nature of memory editing. And Cheat Engine's creator's forum name.

And that's about it.

For the love of god can somebody please do a youtube video for step 6 and above.

All the existing ones don't even have the same UI version for adding pointers.
