you're unnecessarily making this into a slippery slope situation that is not inherent to the argument.

how does jerking your dick to drawings compare to having a child sized doll that you can act out a fantasy with that may push you (a child molester) to commit the actual act? it doesn't, loli is childlike characters but they do not represent real life, the line between fictional drawings that are not drawn to mimic real life and a physical object that directly represents your desire are different.

now if you were saying that hyper realistic drawings of children in a sexual setting should be illegal as well, then I think most people would agree. taking the line to loli is too far.

by your logic, cp should be legal too, because the pictures have been taken and the harm has already been done, whats wrong with someone masturbating to their fetish?
