Well, I do not think I have the ability to initiate PMs, I can only respond to PMs, unless something has changed in the past few months (which I highly doubt)
I am able to post workout logs here though, there isn't any personally identifiable information on it anyway. I am burning ~350-390 calories on a given day (based on treadmill calculations from HR, age, and weight) by doing cardio for 30 + 5 minutes (for cooldown). As for food, I am not exceeding more than 1500 calories per day, because that is the recommendation on the site I use. Your formula seems to be more accurate though, since it uses more variables, so I will use that to calculate calories needed per day instead. I am eating All Bran Flakes cereal with fat free milk in the mornings, granola bars, bananas, and then rice for carbs (I can't remove rice, being Asian and all). I have a small body frame but my weight is not reflective of that, at ~202 lbs and 5 ft 8
