Find more ways to take care of yourself. Always be interested in developing yourself mentally and physically. Self development is key.

yes, this is totally correct, exercise &or meditation is a correct way to raise self awareness and lessen all that depression/negatives, i just cant bring my self to sleep (i get zero to a few hours[5-6 at the most] of sleep) every day, not even 10 dph pills do the trick at all, im having a shitton of trouble bringing my elf to sleep, i weight 59kg and cant bring my self to eat at all, even if my stomach is burning and im weak as fuck, thinking about eating food feels disgusting, i did stop watching self help videos like elliot hulse or enlightened, because both of those channels made a really clear point: everything is up to me and it's only within my hands/choice
but man, im having a shitton of trouble standing up for a better life, i been a weirdo/outcast socially for all my life (i never really had friends at all) and from my experience (8 schools, 7 jobs) i always get treated like a mad person, i tried standing up for my self and overdid it, i tried ignoring people and living my life, people still target you as long as you're weird
