Disappointed. We get copperheads and water moccasins here. They're not that difficult to move to another location (granted you obviously want to stay safe doing it). You can also call in professionals to relocate it for you. _________________ ART

You're missing the point. I'm asserting it's pointless to even say you don't "kill" things, when you bring about their deaths. I know you understand that you're bringing about the death of the snake by having another person do it.

I understand that in the context of the original post you were taking responsibility, then later on you went to say that you "don't kill things.", afterwards I said that you were still culpable, followed by a reply that said he understands why you would want someone else to do it. To which I asked, what's the point in saying you don't kill things if you do kill things?

That's the main point. Why take some kind of moral high ground on "not killing", when you were still a knowing agent of death? What's the point of splitting hairs in the ending of life? Why even bother saying you "don't kill things".

That bring me on to my secondary point: you being too much of a bitch to do it yourself. If your religion vows that life is sacred, then why did you have someone take it away from another creature? You've already blamed yourself for this, so is this not against your religion? You imply that there are certain circumstances where it's okay to kill, and if those circumstances arose this time around, then why is someone else the triggerman?
