No clue man. My buddy brought it up when I was running my plan by him. He found it odd that my goal was 160lbs then he asked my old waist measurements and he understood.
I think if anything it means I have great potential to look decent, it just really sucks getting to 30in and still being able to grab fat there. On the plus side my arms were 15.5 so they'd likely end up 15 or so with a 28 inch waist which are nice proportions for someone who just wants to look decent on the street while working on a powerlifting routine.
Here were my arms with actual decent lighting basically the day before stopping my diet. That tank is a size small and still fits loose. I think I just have a small frame: http://i.imgur.com/HDDFDjd.jpg

No clue, I've gotten down to 173ish and not looked as lean in the torso, my arms were maybe a bit better but overall I think I was higher fat.
It may be because I cut at 1200 cals a day, with DNP and T3. I looked considerably better 3-4 days into a refeed. I usually pop up 8-10 lbs once my muscle gets its water back so I probably only cut to 180ish by your reference. This time I plan to cut to 160 so when I fill back up I'll be around 170 lean.
Do you happen to have waist measurements? I'm curious.

That's me with a 30 inch waist at 175, so I have a pretty tiny waist lean for someone 6 feet tall. I'd guess it'd be 28or even a bit less when I have abs. You can still see I definitely hold more fat than you in the waist at 175. |
Last waist measurement was at 88CM I believe, which is roughly 34 inches? I've apped my trainer for the exact measurements. I'll post again when I'm sure.

| See that's what I'm talking about lol. Even when I pushed my stomach out as far as I could it was barely over 32in but I still have fat all over it. I really don't get my body sometimes.

Hope so, it's just a bitch to cut down that far. At least you get to a 32-34in waist and you can see some abs a little bit, I get sub 30 and there still isn't shit lol.

i asked him his height before i think he was 6ft or 6'1, he does look short for some reason but maybe in netherlands since everyone is tall , things are proportioned better.

I'm 6ft, which is short in the NL. Average height here is 6'1. BTW Coldie, aren't you a hamplanet? I'm pretty sure lard gatherers stand (lol, "stand") at the very bottom.
