Yes, when you attach the debugger to see which instructions are accessing your address, you can return to the game while it is running and you will see in the debugger window which instructions are actually accessing your address several times per second.

However, you should be able to use LUA to set a customized interval for specific hotkeys. You should start a new thread in the LUA sub-forum for this.
Alternatively, you can write a script to incorporate keystroke/controller button functionality to control everything from the timer to the values that you want to use. It's more involved, however.

Nice, i might do that later.
Thanks again, now i actually understand how to change or add values to addresses with dword and stuff like that
