Another, end dwm.exe in task manager and see if your TV have artifacts.

hehe yeah, still same problem but it seems like its the TV itself, i hooked up my netbook to it and it was the same as the PC, colors are off a bit too. (If i take a screenshot on TV it looks off but when i switch to monitor its normal again lol) But i will give the basic theme a try with ending dwm.
