Anyone with an attack range of 20k can fight zakum. Take sme about 20 minutes on my mercedes give or take his amount of weapon cancels.

No
You find the keys, then you do the jump quest, then you collect 30 teeth.
You can cheat the jump quest by wz editing the map file so obstacles do not hurt.
