achievements dont effect any game negatively, you dont have to get them
kill streaks sound like a good thing to add to the combat, especially in an action game
WoW like gameplay? theres no aiming in WoW, in an action game you have to actually aim at what the fuck you want to hit, and 1-6 hotkeys being bad? it gives the game way more variety

theres nothing different in it than d2 that effects it negatively
Ive played a fuck ton of d2 and when I played the d3 beta, even though it was a short amount of time, the combat seemed the same, the only thing I dont like is the art style/graphics/aesthetic and the quests that were kill x however many times seemed a bit out of place since d2s 'quests' were mainly just to show you what boss to kill next, which I think fits the game more than giving quests for grinding, which was just unnecessary
