Not everyone has the endurance to do that.
Do you understand what progress is? Running is the easiest thing imo to make progress with really fucking quickly. If you run a mile a day for a week you can definitely do more by the end.

No, you'd need time for your body to restore. Why do people not understand this?

Do 10 sets of 50 crunches and 25 push ups. It's what I do on days that I don't go to the gym.

all you twats doing all this exercise makes me wish i didn't have a job and a family to support. i need to buy a bench and some weights, fuck this.
