I get at least 45 mins bag work in a day. When I actually want to make it a cardio day, I run a mile or until I'm completely burned.
I just started weights 4 or 5 days ago I think, but my cardio and diet has gotten me down 20lbs, a shirt size, and from 36/32 to 32/32 jeans in the past month and a half. |

if you're not running 2 miles a day by the end of this week your progress is terrible | Not everyone has the endurance to do that. | Do you understand what progress is? Running is the easiest thing imo to make progress with really fucking quickly. If you run a mile a day for a week you can definitely do more by the end.

Do 10 sets of 50 crunches and 25 push ups. It's what I do on days that I don't go to the gym.
