seriously amazons used things, its warehouse section is really good, you have to understand people can sell through amazon, the amazon and distributer/seller could be completely different, it could be only partially amazons fault, not at all, or completely. |

It doesn't say "new condition". It would say like... "12 new 10 used". I mean, it doesn't even sound like you were shopping on Amazon. Nobody tells what the condition is on Amazon, it's usually offsite or something.
I've never bought a product on Amazon that wasn't distributed through Amazon though, so what would I know...
