I beg to disagree. It's hard if you don't warm up, it shouldn't smell at all if the girl cares about hygiene (those I've been with have), feels much better, only 'hurts' for about a minute or two afterwards.
Also, much of the satisfaction comes from just knowing you're doing something that's 'forbidden' or 'not appropriate'. |

There are tons of friendly bacteria everywhere on your body, think of it as your own bacteria.
Before you put any utensil or anything in your mouth you should breath warm breath onto it, the bacteria from your breath/mouth will land on it and kill off the foreign bacteria, so the only bacteria that gets into your mouth is your own. |
