I believe if he doesnt get it he will try in another uni
some ppl here take multiple application exams to many universities in order to get scholarships

This, I have never filed income tax so I am legally one poor ass wigger.
I'll just apply to some schools and see who accepts me AND offers to pay a quarter million usd for me to attend their school.
