yeah it fucking sucks I used to torrent like a motherfucker dl like 400gb a month but after i pass the cap my youtube videos go from loading instantly to taking 5 minutes

That sucks. My internet is only being throttled because of line work. Time warner bought out this company new wave communications and they are doing work between memphis and nashville. Im smack in the middle so my internet throttles up and down but is usually stable enough to game. Its been fine to stream 1080p too. Too many people get online in my house wrecks it since the throttling though. I want to get a new buffalo router.
