FDA takes palm prints. So unless you do something serious or have abolished finger prints. They don't take them.

Coach me.

Find a single base all-in build for each match up. Tweak it so you don't have to ever cut making probes, and do this build over and over until you have absolutely everything down. Probe timings, mineral timings, pylons and building timings. Do it until it becomes absolutely flawless. Once you have a one base build down entirely flawless, start working on expansion builds. Find a 2 base all-in build and repeat. Once you can do 2 base, start doing legitimate strategies against every match up. Do one non-all-in build for each match up and do this over and over adapting to your opponents responses and what not. Once you can do this start doing builds that the opening can change based on what you scout. Start playing games where you adapt rather than just follow build orders. And you learn from the information you get from scouting. 2-4 hours a day or 10 games minimum. Once you have your macro down, you need to work on your micro. For that I suggest playing Darglein's Micro Trainer or playing against people in a unit test map to just test micro.
