Even the games that aren't multiplayer usually have a high score list that you can share with your friends. Usually that is why they are server sided even if they aren't multiplayer.
Also, I made a thread similar to this last year and got a similar response.

It actually is. I have a Facebook account, but I RARELY play any games. They do try to sell you something, but it's usually server sided. Most of those games are multiplayer too. |
Given an estimate amount, it's about 80 - 90% of the games being multiplayer. I'm guessing people just need to learn a little. maybe it wouldn't be hard to know what's multi or just server sided. Not a fan of Facebook games my self either.......yet it wouldn't be a hassle to just make a topic for the reason saying of no multiplayer games at all?(correct me if there's a topic already for no multiplayer games.)

| I think a lot of those mods are still there just because they're epic. DrkGodz especially, I loved playing the MS games he made.

If it's NOT online/multiplayer, leave it be or help the person out. We're not against hacking facebook games, but simply because nearly all facebook games are multiplayer/online, everyone assumes we're completely against facebook gamehacking. |
I'd have to agree, but also getting a active moderator might help.

We have multiple mods that are online every day, if not every other day or so - if people don't report them, we don't get the little red "x active reports" message so it really all depends on how much the community is willing to work to clean up.

| XSV what's the point of assigning a moderator to the section when every moderator already can moderate it? Or are you talking about choosing a new one?

I was thinking of a new one being added, iff the current ones are inactive.

92Garfield, Bmanatee, Kira, or me. 92Garfield or Kira would be the best choice. 92Garfield doesn't make trainers anymore. Kira used to make trainers, Bmanatee also stopped making trainers. I have also stopped making trainers, but I think I will start again, after I get a good game to 'hack'.
Also, I remember when Dark Byte's name used to have a an underscore.

Garfield would be best choice undoubtedly. He has been active pretty much ever since he has joined in 2007, whereas, all the other choices you mentioned haven't.
BTW, I don't see why you included yourself in your "choices" for moderator.
Also, what does trainers have anything to do with a good quality moderator? The only requirement needed in that category would be a basic understanding of Flash, and its language, which is Actionscript.

You don't need knowledge of flash to be a flash moderator. You need knowledge of flash to help people in the flash section, but as for good quality moderator... yeah no, you don't need mod powers to help people with flash.

Of course, anybody knows spam from legit posts, but that doesn't mean that they are a good quality moderator.
You see, CEF has plenty enough of active moderators that can moderate the Flash section, and since every moderator has powers in the Flash section (?), in theory the moderation would not be even be questioned. But that isn't the case.
You see, one of the main points of the thread was about server sided games and/or Facebook. Assigning a moderator without any knowledge of the topics the users make, does nothing to fix the current "problem". The result of it would only to turn to be another Xanatos, being active in random spam, but not an active moderator.
If you assign Garfield to moderator, then that would be the best turn out. He has been active pretty much all the time since 2007, is arrival. He has been an active user in the Flash section that long too, and better yet, he is more mature than some of the moderators here (not saying names.)
I do not wish to argue, but I am being serious. We need somebody like Garfield, to moderate the Flash section if a new role ever gets assigned.

Actually, SF is a great moderator! He can moderate the section alone, but we need somebody else. ChrisNMP is a moderator, I think.

Indeed, but in this situation IMO global moderation is not the way to go. I am not saying that SF isn't a good moderator at all, if that is the way you took it. Actually IMO he does a rather fine job.
NMP is a moderator of Flash section. Actually, less than 24 hours ago he unstickied Garfield's .SOL thread.

As it was said already in this thread, if there are problems report them. Every moderator has powers to handle the section. An active moderator specific to that section is definitely not a need currently, in my opinion. There is a new topic maybe once or twice a day at most, and majority of the responses as of late have been the same ~5 people.
Given that every moderator can help with the section there is really no need for a full time moderator especially with how inactive the section is. (2-3 new threads a day if that is not really active.)
If it gets to a point DB feels that a new moderator is needed, he'll handle it.
