What's s and g's?
And I don't think my computer has a wireless adapter...
It's connected to a router, which is wired.
So I've disconnected those two, but nothing has changed :(

I just realized what the problem was!!
My video card was designed for 32-bit OSs. I installed Windows 7 64-bit. All I have to is install Windows 7 32-bit, and the problem should be gone!!
ahhhhhh time to test this theory.
Edit: Nevermind, I was wrong. Same problem's coming up, even with Windows 7 32-bit...

Video card shouldn't have made a difference. It has to be hardware related somehow if it's persisting through another Windows install and going from 64 to 32 bit I'm sure you had to fully reformat.
What is your exact video card, since you posted earlier that when you left it as generic it worked fine but started this when you installed drivers for the card.
