For what you are looking to do expect to pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $2k USD per month. You will need at least a T-1 possibly a Gig-e if you plan on hosting game servers. Otherwise you will not get very many subscribers.
What you are looking for is a line lease not a service provider. You would be the provider essentially.
Some to check out
UUNET, Internap,XO,Verio,Level 3,GIG to Abovenet, GIG to Williams

nobody is going to pay for a server run out of your house. you are going to have to pay for rack space at a datacenter and then on top of that, bandwidth.
monthly costs are probably going to be over $100 easily. |
Not true. There is a guy I know in the next city, he lives in a 4 bedroom house converted into a datacenter. He had 3 T-1's brought in (this was 6 years ago, probably upgraded since then). He ran multiple racks of servers out of this house. He is essentially a co-loc provider, he made enough in the first 2 years to pay the house off fully and hire 3 more employees full time.

Running on a standard line from any ISP you'll land up paying ~$60-100 per/month. Which wont get you anywhere close to a good enough connection to host servers. You'll be able to host maybe one, and even then depending on the ISP you choose, it's against the ToS to host servers with majority of them.
If you choose Comcast and you host them; they can/will shut your line off.
If you go over the monthly usage limit (250gigs on a home line) they will shut your line off.
You are going to need to look into business level lines like AhMunRa mentioned. Which aren't cheap.

Talking with Internap at the moment.
Waiting on one of their "Account Executives" to email or call me with information.

Minecraft.
These providers are very slow at contacting us back. Internap is the only one who's organized and gone through with a call.
Internap uses all of the main providers (some sort of re-seller) and changes who they (we) use depending on our customer base with whoever gets the best connection.
I'm waiting for them to send some costs...
