i corrected you like a billion times that this doesn't require the conditional assignment.. and what's with the mixup of hungarian notation and lack of it.

look at the CE source and see how it does it. you will find it does a similar technique but not with a single buffer


That code was old, and the way I code now is totally different from the way I use to code, my variables now have hungarian notation and my code is cleaner. I'm working off my old source too.

Currently everything is stable and ready for release except for the UIV scans which are becoming a pain in the ass. I tried reading the MHS source and the CE source but both sources are complicated to read.. Can you help me by telling me which delphi file in the CE source contains the UIV scans?

I heard of something called a profiler. I don't really know what it is, but it probably helps with these sorts of problems.
