You could dump out the USB devices under device manager, reboot and let Windows reinstall the drivers for them. How does it run in Safe Mode? Do you get the BSOD? If not you could try to remove and reinstall them from Safe Mode, or Start in Safe Mode and do a clean shutdown. Reboot normally, see if BSOD persists.

Wait before you try all that, let's try something low tech. Move any USB device you have to a new port. Or unplug them and lets start with Keyboard and Mouse in new ports. See if it crashes/.

When my keyboard messes up and i replug it in, the computer crashes.
also it lags now when it used to run smoothly

It's 4 pages, but code was similar relating to keyboard. The result turned out to be a bad motherboard, not saying that is your computers problem.

Did you try safe mode? Is it stable in safe mode. Are you using your keyboard drivers? You could also try removing any HID devices under Device Manager, if its a USB keyboard you are using.

What happens if you use the regular keyboard that is on the laptop? Or if you have a spare try it. Make sure it isn't something stupid like the keyboard going bad. Have you tried the keyboard in another USB slot? Does it behave the same with the rebooting?

What happens is
USB keyboard suddenly stops working.
I unplug it and replug it in.
Computer restarts itself
For first 5 minutes of startup, everything is really slow and not smooth and the fan is REALLY LOUD ALL THE TIME NOW

Unless you want them to have copies, yeah. Well that and you never know if one of the methods they will use to try to fix it, is to format it and restore it to factory state.
