I would suggest looking into ensuring your motherboards bios is up to date with the latest from its manufacture (or from the systems publisher if you have a Dell, Gateway, etc. and they have home-brewed drivers etc.) as well as ensuring your card is updated.
You may want to boot in safe mode and fully uninstall all drivers using tools like 'Driver Cleaner Professional' to ensure all files are properly and fully removed before installing new drivers since conflicts could occur.
As you said though, "should I ignore it til it happens again". I would suggest yes. If it's not constantly happening, don't fix what isn't broken. If it becomes a problem. I would suggest looking into what I've said above though. | Bios is up todate. But I cannot remember a time it happened when the bios was at the factory version. Maybe thats the cause. Drivers are up to date on performance. The newest drivers are just to help with games and 10.5 is broken.
