I have actually found that situps do work, you just need to do them properly. Also they DONT make you lose weight around your stomach. When you do them turn to each side (alternating)

You can alternate with crunches and sit-ups doing this.




Smoke weed while working out and you'll work out harder.

Pretty sure gaining muscles while losing weight helps you do the latter faster anyway.

And whoever mentioned trying more weight and fewer reps is right if you're looking for bulk. Opposite is true if you just want to be more toned.

There was an MMA fighter that invented a certain move, he said that he encourages smoking marijuana while training because it keeps the mind at ease while you allow yourself to train at your full strength.

Had a full interview about it and shit.

Actually, no. Apparently how frequent you lift in a set duration is more important than the weight you carry. If you lift 80 lbs 50 times in 10 minutes, you'll probably gain more muscle than 120 lbs 20 times in 10 minutes. This is because you're working the same muscle more than working your spine :\

Trust me, you don't want to put any of your back into lifting, or you might pull something. I'm going to be running the treadmill and lifting some weights too over the summer, because I've really let myself go this year D:
