Really? How so? First, Infernape can use grass knot, 1hko on empoleon. Now, torterra is slower than shit, so one fire move will 1HKO.
Explain how they are better?

Grass & Ground type. Fire move won't 1HKO and probably won't deal half of the damage of Torterra's health. Empoleon would use Surf, and water type move and kill Infernape. Than again we can't say who would strike first due to different natures of pokemon creating different variation in the stats of speed.
