Depends if OP wants more storage space, but I'd say that 500GB HDD looks pretty good.

If you're using your computer casually, you can cut back on the processor and get a Core i3 instead.

2 physical cores + HT + TB I believe, for around $120.

You really really really REALLY don't want to use a case PSU. Find a case without a PSU, and get a separate one, I recommend the Corsair 650TX, even though it's plenty more than you need. On Newegg you can get one for $70 after rebates and a promo code.
