Just got my mobo/ram/cpu back from rma, still wont boot.

Might be your power supply.

Do you have enough juice?

Also, make sure your outlet is giving enough power. I bought some crazy top of the line mumbo jumbo at Best Buy and my computer randomly kept turning off. It turns out that it wasn't outputting as much watts as I needed, which is 750 according to my power supply.

Did you check if all your drivers are installed properly?
